"Karl came to my house within two hours of my call. He evaluated the problem and provided input/resolutions (since it ended up not being a plumbing problem after all). He would not take anything from me for making the house call. This was the second time we used his company. The first time they redid all of our pipes. They were extremely reasonably-priced and very friendly. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them myself."
