"Karl Meyer is without a doubt the best plumbing company around. Karl is super responsive (answered the phone at 7 PM when I was calling to leave a voicemail ) and his knowledge of residential plumbing that only comes from years and years of experience of experience and a great team, and Karl Meyer and his crew have exactly that. Another company had been out and told me I would be looking at the breaking into the foundation in two spots in my basement, but then never called or sent an estimate or followed up. Karl came out the day after I called him at 7 pm !! He identified a possible issue within 10 minutes of looking at my basement pipes, and then they strategically went at resolving issue. Karl Meyer saved me thousands of dollars. on top of that, they were very easy to communicate with, respectful, and kind. I’m still in shock. at the incredible service they provided! there’s no need to think twice or go anywhere else for any plumbing issues, and/or water heaters/ss."
